I only managed 5 reps for the last set. I think it’s a little too heavy for 5/3/1. I will adjust. That’s it.
Today’s WOD: Push Press and Work up to 40

For the Push Press, I started at 65. I added 10 lbs per rep. I maxed out at 125 lbs, and attempted 135lbs, but was unable to get a full rep. My WOD time was 10:43.
Today’s WOD: Bench Press & Chelsea

Top of each minute for 30 minutes

I did 135 lbs for the Bench Press. I also managed to finish 9 rounds of Chelsea. I think I have another goal, complete Chelsea. It is harder than it looks.

Switch arms as needed unless noted. Try to keep it even on both sides. My time was 16:17. For the squats I did 4 sets @ 185 and one @ 195. I need to work on my squatting.

Today’s WOD: AMRAP Squats, Swings & Push ups

Max rounds in 7 minutes
- 3x Back squat (bw)
- 6x KB swing (1.5 pood)
- 9x Push-ups
For the deadlifts I managed, 205 lbs x 2, 215 lbs x 2 and 235 lbs. No increase there on my max, but I’m happy especially after yesterday’s Fran WOD. For the AMRAP I did 6 complete sets and one incomplete of 3 squats & 4 KB swings. I weigh 155, so that’s what I had for the squat weight.

My time was 17:44. Not bad. Looking to improve. Tomorrow is rest day, but we’re not resting exactly. Going to do some PVC P form practice for Spinning Grace and Fran which are both approaching rapidly.
