Today’s WOD: Push Press and Work up to 40

For the Push Press, I started at 65. I added 10 lbs per rep. I maxed out at 125 lbs, and attempted 135lbs, but was unable to get a full rep. My WOD time was 10:43.
Today’s WOD: Double Unders and KB Swings

- KB swings (1.5 pood) 21-15-9x reps
I improved my Push Press by doing the last three rounds with 105 lbs. The WOD, I did not improve, however. I lost about 2 minutes. I have a lot of trouble with double unders, especially this morning.

I used 95 lbs for all the push press sets. The main WOD took me 13:28, but I tweaked my shoulder so my thrusters were incomplete the first round, and I didn’t do them the second. Tomorrow is rest day/yoga day, so I’ll focus a little more on my shoulder then.

I have a new 1RM Deadlift @ 255lbs, an increase of 10lbs. My Push Press remained the same @ 125lbs.
