Deadlift

  1. 5 × 85 [10,5,5]
  2. 5 × 110 [25,5,2.5]
  3. 3 × 130 [35,5,2.5]
  4. 3 × 150 [45,5,2.5]
  5. 3 × 170 [45,10,5,2.5]
  6. 3+ × 195 [45,25,5]

I managed to do 4 reps for the last set.

WOD

  1. Row 1000m
  2. 25x KB swing (1 pood)

I finished in 14:30. Not bad.
