SWOD

Deadlift

  1. 5 × 85 [10,5,5]
  2. 5 × 110 [25,5,2.5]
  3. 3 × 130 [35,5,2.5]
  4. 5 × 140 [45,2.5]
  5. 5 × 160 [45,10,2.5]
  6. 5+ × 180 [45,10,5,5,2.5]

I managed 7 reps for the last set. Not too bad for such a long break period.

WOD

3 rounds

  1. Double unders 42-30-18x reps
  2. KB swings (53#) 21-15-9x reps

I did the WOD in 6:26. I know I am a bit out of shape now, but I’ll get back at it.
