- 5 × 85 [10,5,5]
- 5 × 110 [25,5,2.5]
- 3 × 130 [35,5,2.5]
- 5 × 140 [45,2.5]
- 5 × 160 [45,10,2.5]
- 5+ × 180 [45,10,5,5,2.5]
I managed 7 reps for the last set. Not too bad for such a long break period.
WOD

- Double unders 42-30-18x reps
- KB swings (53#) 21-15-9x reps
I did the WOD in 6:26. I know I am a bit out of shape now, but I’ll get back at it.
