  1. Push Press

WOD

10-20-30-40x reps

  1. KB swings (1.5 pood)
  2. Squats
  3. Push-ups

For the Push Press, I started at 65. I added 10 lbs per rep. I maxed out at 125 lbs, and attempted 135lbs, but was unable to get a full rep. My WOD time was 10:43.
