Today’s WOD: Snatch Grip Deadlift, KB Snatches & Pushups
- Rest as needed between lifts
- Snatch-grip deadlift 5-5-5-5-5x
Max rounds in 10 minutes
- 5x KB snatch, left arm (1 pood)
- 5x KB snatch, right arm (1 pood)
- 10x Push-ups
It’s a good workout. For the deadlifts, I did 135 lbs x2, 145 lbs x 2 & 155 lbs. I think I can do more weight next time, but I had never done snatch grip deadlifts before. For the WOD, I managed 10 sets.
We will be doing this one again. Tomorrow is rest day. Friday is Fran!
